Its corporate office is located at Le Meridien commercial space and its factory is based in Gazipur. It is a bicycle manufacturer and exporter of distinction. It has one of the largest facilities of its kind in Bangladesh. Starting from 2005, it’s been 100% export-oriented company with over two decades of legacy in bicycle industry, transcending through utmost customer contentment. M&U has its own frame and fork manufacturing plant where only high quality raw material are used. Its mitering & welding section use cutting-edge technology and HI-TECH Japanese Panasonic welding machine and Taiwan origin machines with all modern features such as CNC Machine, Butted Machine, Milling Machine, bending Machine, Hydraulic press machine etc. It has the capability to produce most of the components like alloy frame, alloy fork, alloy rim, handle bar and plastic components etc which makes it remarkable. However, the parts M&U doesn’t produce within its factory, are sourced from renowned local and foreign manufacturers.
All parts M&U produces are ISO standard.
It has two painting lines with fully automatic electrostatic disc are operated by highly skilled professionals. In addition, the factory has 8 complete sets of wheel building machine from Holland Mechanics to make high quality wheels. At present, M&U Cycles Limited has the capacity of 450,000 bicycles per year.
Throughout the production line, experts inspect for optimal quality. As M&U is committed to refinement, frame and fork testing lab is in use. M&U has a testing facility for frame, fork and other parts as per ISO standard. To ensure the strength and durability of individual parts, M&U conducts different ISO standard tests.
M&U’s entire production is exporting across the world: especially to European countries like Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Spain, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland and USA. Due to the duty-free access and no anti-dumping duty, importing products from M&U is ideal for the buyers from EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.

M&U is a fully compliant factory. It produces up to 50% of its total energy requirement from solar power generation. 100% of waste generated inside the factory are being recycled internally or through local recyclers. The Effluent Treatment Plant cleanses all the effluents and treated water is delivered to nature. More than 30% of treated water are consumed internally. It follows all local and international social compliance rules and regulations. It is a BSCI certified company. All the employees here are provided with free healthcare facilities.
